roquette salade, few leaves of lettuce on side

balsamic vinagrette w olive oil sauce on salade

purple sweetpotato cut into thin strips,

deep fried add caramel sauce

cut into round circles, steam just slightly - cooked and crunchy -

place next to brocoli trees

white fresh cheese w garlic, chives dip
