For the fly me to the moon walk in sculpture, we created an ephemeral music diffused through 4 small speakers. So that visitors can come inside the sculpture like a mini concert hall where this unending never repeated Digital Guqin music will play. Every 20minutes, will be intercut with a track from SpaceAgePop music - A sexy fun light dancing music from the 50s- courtesy of www.spaceagepop.com
We created a non-stop jukebox "Digital Guqin software FMTTM" with a changing repertory of soft timbre-rich music.
Each 20mn cycle consists of:
Guan PingHu's Running Water (guqin), a never repeated composition of Pale Ink (guqin), a never repeated composition of Zebrafish (guqin), and one random selection from a stock of SpaceAgePop (early synthesiser, human voice, computer music, pop tunes)
