Prod and Probe - Beijing is the promise of a city that unfolds and erases itself
before your eyes. I took away thoughts and memories,
and then every other backup fabric I had used to
record and duplicate in some way. When I arrived home I
was left with a strange sense, realizing my digital footage
has probably already outlived real life. When I returned
to Beijing four months later I found a lot of this to be
true. The small details remain and these are really fascinating;
they manage to resist against the phenomena of
the global frenzy taking place at the moment
