The »Surveillance Camera Project« was initiated by a small but dedicated group of New York Civil Liberties Union [NYCLU] volunteers in 1998. They are: Norman Siegel, Ibrahim Rubama, Chris Johnson, Bradley McCallum, Greg Bezkorovainy, Allyson Bowen, Mark Ghuneim, Caroline Hall, Rebecca Kelley, Greg Loftis, Leigh Ann Mahler, Matt McGuinness, Kirsten O’Malley, Kay Sirianni and Arthur Kimball Stanley. The NYCLU is a statewide organization dedicated to the protection and enhancement of New Yorkers' civil liberties as enumerated in the Bill of Rights of the U.S. Constitution.
